And as Provincetown moves toward a more green vision of itself, the town voted to ban the familiar thin-skinned plastic grocery bags that get tangled in trees and take a million years to degrade. The bears were back in full force. Relish is bear-friendly, and we were happy to see lots of our favorite bears return this year. Strangely, they DO seem to eat an awful lot of salmon!

Erica Snarski, a recent graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, joins Frank and Mark in the kitchen this season. She'll be up during the wee hours of the morning to make your breakfast pastries which will include all your favorites. Plus, new this season we are introducing personal-sized frittatas, savory scones, and many other delicious goodies.
